For your convenience, every apartment comes with an assigned garage and remote opener, and some units offer attached garages.  All of our apartments offer either a spacious balcony that often overlooks grassy nulls, or a patio conveniently located off the living room. In select apartment styles one can bask in the light from our extended bay windows, or relax in the reading nooks of the bedroom. All of our homes have a plethora of large windows, so natural light flows through the space. Storage is a non-issue as we offer walk-in closets and a storage closet connected to every balcony or patio, which is great for holiday dcor, camping gear, etc.  Whether your must-haves include a large kitchen with plenty of storage space, or vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, we have it all.  Our apartments come in 2 styles: remodels and non-remodels.  Remodels have stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, dark brown carpet and a modern color scheme.  Non-remodels have white appliances, vinyl flooring and white walls with tan carpet. Whether you are looking for the modern condo feel to your apartment or are looking for a more traditional apartment, youll have the option to choose a style that fits you.
 
One bedroom apartments alone have three different floor plans to choose from, two of which include a decorative wood burning fireplace! Our resident plaza features a party room, fitness center, a sundeck, sauna, and an indoor pool that is open all year!  The Fitness center includes several varying forms of cardio equipment including, two recumbent bikes, two treadmills, two elliptical machines and a full body workout system with the use of stacked weights. Enjoy watching cable television to pass the time on our oversized flat screen as you get in the zone. Who doesnt love a swim to keep cool during the sweltering summer months or to escape the chilly weather in winter. Our indoor lap pool allows swimming year round. Kept at a consistent 86 degrees, the water is perfect for an intense lap workout, or for pure enjoyment and relaxation. Connected to the pool faciliy is a furnished sun deck with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas perfect for reading, relaxing, or soaking up the rays in between dips in the pool. Our sauna is great for detoxifying the body and rejuvenating the mind. Sitting in a sauna has been said to burn up to 315 calories per every 15 minutes! Enjoy the heat while dismissing the elements of the day. Our club house space is designated for holding small meetings, studying, or simply relaxing while watching television. We have high speed internet available on the computer, as well as Wi-Fi for your convenience. Feel free to print off documents, information etc. free of charge from the printer/scanner provided.
